EULA - End User License Agreement

guru's e-bill Manager is a shareware program. You are allowed to use it for an unlimited period of time, provided you register it for a small fee of $19.99 (USD). The License cannot be transferred nor can the program be resold to anyone else and cannot transfer the ownership to anyone else. .

If any user is found to have redistributed the program, that user's membership will be revoked along with any entitlements to future upgrades. Legal action will be taken against any such individuals.

Use of guru's e-bill Manager is the full responsibility of the user. Any damages caused by guru's e-bill Manager are at the risk of the user. The author assumes no responsibility for any damages that guru's e-bill Manager cause. Users of 'guru's e-bill Manager' accept the following Disclaimer of Warranty:

"guru's e-bill Manager is supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose.
